The first product we are reviewing is SleepIQ. This product is the best sleep aid on the market, and has been on the market for over 10 years. SleepIQ was the first to successfully test a product on human subjects. The research was the best by a factor of 5 (more if you include other research studies, which we do). SleepIQ is not just a sleep aid, it is also a system for tracking sleep cycles. It has been used in research since 2000. It has proven to be extremely useful in many ways. The SleepIQ product has five sections. First, there is the Sleep Quality section which contains three charts: 1) your sleep sleep duration (hours); 2) your sleep latency (time it takes for you to fall asleep); 3) your wake up time (how many minutes you wake up before going back to sleep). The second section is the Sleep Status chart, which shows your body temperature, body pressure, body-weight, your blood pressure, your heart rate, and how long you can continue to function without your blood sugar falling below the normal range. The third section is the Insomnia Chart which shows the severity of your insomnia. In conclusion, I have found this product to be the most effective for helping me sleep better and having a normal sleep pattern, but also helping me to have more productive and less frequent daytime sleep. The first few times I took the drug, I experienced a number of symptoms including headaches, dizziness, dry mouth, insomnia, and fatigue.
